For salaried individuals:
- Home loan application form
- Original and one photocopy of your ID or passport
- Residents Booklet (applicable to local PRC residents only)
- Marriage Certificate (applicable to local PRC residents only)
- Proof of income, such as tax returns for the past year, employment contract, employment letter or salary slips for the past three months from a reputable company and major account statements for the past three months
- Proof of your current residential address
- Your Property Sales and Purchase Agreement
- Other documents as required
For self-employed individuals:
- Home loan application form
- Original and one photocopy of your ID or passport
- Residents Booklet (only applicable to local PRC residents)

- Proof of income, such as major account statements for the past 12 months and/or your tax returns for the past year
