Authentication methods
If you use the mobile phone number which registered in our bank (mobile phone number in mainland China and Hong Kong only) to call, HSBC can locate your information. If you use a non-registered mobile phone number to call, you can also log on phone banking by using a combination of any of the following identification information and authentication information.
