- Get the tripartite agreement for Overseas Travel Deposit Certificates from HSBC and get it signed by a travel agency.
- Visit your local branch with an original identification document, the HSBC tripartite agreement for an Overseas Travel Deposit Certificates signed by a travel agency and other required documents to open an account (not applicable for existing customers of HSBC China). Make a deposit and get the certificate of this deposit (as a guarantee for the travel agency) and the Frozen Deposit Certificate (for visa application of the designated travel destination).
- After returning home, apply for the release of corresponding deposits under the terms and conditions of the tripartite agreement for HSBC Overseas Travel Deposit Certificates.
